It is strongly recommended that delegates have some exposure to the basic concepts of Earned Value Management as well as related work experience. Delegates are expected to have read the supporting publication “Earned Value Management APM guidelines 2008”.

This is an intensive two day course leading to the Earned Value Management Examination which takes place on the final day. The multiple-choice, closed book exam is one hour & consists of 40 questions. Delegates must obtain 65% out of the 40 available marks.
